Finished Paintings

Here are my finished paintings. The first photos were taken before the critique and the second photos were taken after, as I did some touch ups after receiving some suggestions. (Click Images to enlarge).

Frost Lake

Memory Painting – As a child, I went fishing a lot at a small hidden lake named Frost Lake. After walking out onto the dock, which was two fallen cedar logs nailed together with planks, you were greeted by this serene environment.

A Windy Day

Quick Memory Painting – During a beach walk, I was taking photos for my photography class and while I was doing that I spotted an interesting piece of driftwood and surrounding setting. I decided to use this as my quick memory painting.

Burnham Park

Photo Memory Painting – Usually every two years my parents and I travel to the Philippines to see my grandmother and other family members and enjoy the warm weather. During these trips, we always seem to find ourselves wandering around Burnham Park; watching street venders sell fresh fruit and coconuts, watching people use the paddles boats on the park lake and so forth.
